7. Public Hearing:  Public hearing on proposal to enter into a Sewer Revenue Loan and            Disbursement Agreement in a principal amount not to exceed $1,200,000

  • Resolution 17-20: Resolution authorizing and approving a Loan and Disbursement Agreement and providing for the issuance and securing the payment of $1,135,000 Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2017

8. Public Hearing: Public hearing on proposal to enter into a Sewer Revenue Loan and              Disbursement Agreement in a principal amount not to exceed $274,000

  • Resolution 17-21: Resolution taking additional action with respect to a Sewer Revenue Loan and Disbursement Agreement and authorizing, approving and securing the payment of a $274,000 Sewer Revenue Loan and Disbursement Agreement Anticipation Project Note (IFA Interim Loan and Disbursement Agreement)
